Expectations A code of conduct is in place to ensure that all pupils understand the expectations of them as representatives of Tavistock College. All pupils and parents/guardians have signed a contract which pupils have to fulfill to entitle there acceptance on the trip (Please sign after the meeting if not completed). If any pupil is found to be breaking the rules and committing a serious offence while on tour, the staff will make a judgment and reserve the right to contact parents and ask for the pupil to be collected or sent home from the tour.

Disneyland At this time it is expected that pupils wear there tour polo shirt so they are clearly visible, use common sense when crossing roads and be polite when talking to members of the public. As pupils are trusted with out teacher supervision for this time, for safety they need to remain in groups of at least 3’s and carry a mobile and tour safety card with them. As we have tickets for both parts of Disneyland, the whole group will remain in the same park and a meeting time will arranged for transition between parks
Tour Safety Card Each tour party member will be given an safety card with the Number of a 24hr Mobile phone which a member of staff will have on them at all times. These are to be carried with the pupils at all times and pupils need to only use them in an emergency. Accommodation www.saphir-hotel-pontault-combault.federal-hotel.com • The hotel Saphir is located in the East suburb of Paris in Marne la Vallée • Twin rooms with AC • 15 minutes from Disneyland resort Paris, you can profit of what this theme park created for you. • There is The mall Val d’Europe and La Vallée Shopping Village, where you can find the biggest brand at reduced prices • In the morning and evening, a delicious meal will be served with wide ranging choices • There is various facilities from wifi and a swimming pool and sauna
On Arrival • Pupils have responsibility for check their room for any damage to Mr Ruse who will then inform the hotel staff. • Pupils are to keep their room tidy and allow hotel staff to clean.
Room Lists These lists are not set in stone and can be changed at any time. When in the hostel we will set a night time curfew at which time we expect you to be in your own rooms and later on we will also set a ‘lights out’ time when we expect you to be sleeping. Please be aware that other members of the public on their holiday will be trying to relax.
Registration groups Whilst on tour you will have a teacher designated to you as a first point of contact (Similar to a tutor for the week). Each time we need to call a register you simply go to that teacher and register with them. The names of current Arsenal players have been used as group names.

Duty Rota • A member of staff will be allocated on call each day and will have responsibility for medical kit and emergency mobile phone. • Saturday – Mr Corkell • Sunday – Mr Ruse • Monday – Mr Deves • Tuesday – Mr Bird • Wednesday – Mr Corkell • Thursday – Mr Corkell
Spending Money Pupils are advised to have enough money for 5 meals and any addition spending money for Paris We recommend a maximum of £200. Pupils will be responsible for there own money and this should be kept in a safe place and only the required daily amount should be taken with you each day.
Passports • Pupils will be responsible for their passports for the duration of the trip. • Please can you ensure the pupils passport number is on the consent form and photocopy of the passport is given to a member of staff for reference.

Fundraising On Saturday 4th March the college was given the opportunity to fundraise in the Tavistock Morrisons supermarket. This fundraising has proved very successful and provide over £1500 towards the sports tour kit.
