Sick and Vacation Payout Schedule (2.7.1) • Compensation for allowable • Unused, accrued sick leave • Unused, accrued vacation time • At separation or retirement from UC • Employee’s responsibility to • Return tools, equipment, keys, ID, parking decals to appropriate university department/office • Complete exit interview process in HR • Payout Schedule: the pay period following issuance of employee’s final regular paycheck
