  1. Fair deal swapping There are so many products you use every day that you could be getting from fairtrade at a better quality and more importantly with much more benefits to the workers. It’s a win-win situation!

  2. Chocolate The chocolate you usually buy can be swapped for many fair trade brands, such as Green & Blacks, Divine and Cadbury, with the same great taste if not better!

  3. COFFEE You can also get a great cup of fair trade coffee from pretty much anywhere in order to start your day right. Fair trade coffee brands include Newman’s Own, Peace Coffee and The Roasterie.

  4. Beauty products You can even get cosmetics from fair trade with brands including Absolute Skincare, Organic Monkey, and Ethos.

  5. Sports equipment And why not have a kick about or shoot some hoops with a fair trade sports ball? Brands include ‘Ethletic’ and ‘Respect’.

  6. BENEFITS • Just by swapping for these fair trade products, you can change so many lives for the better. • By getting the amount of money they deserve, the people who produce and make these fair trade products will be able to have much better and happier lives! All because you swapped for these fair trade products.

The coffee he grows on his farm provides virtually all of his cash income. He says “The Fairtrade price allows us to survive as coffee farmers. It covers our costs of production, lets us send our kids to school, buy clothes and keep a roof over our heads. Without ‘Fairtrade’ we would probably have gone out of business during the coffee crisis.” Gerardo is just one example of the thousands of workers benefited by fair trade.
