How to make a microscope slide • Use a clean slide and coverslip always. 2. Put object on the middle of the slide. 3. Directions will either have you- put a drop of water, put a drop of stain, or nothing on the the object. 4. Put coverslip on.
How to find it on the microscope 1. Put the slide on the stage. 2. Start on low power. 3. Make sure whatever you are looking at is in the middle of the stage so the light will shine through it. 4. Turn the course(large) knob until you start to see the image. 5. Turn the fine(small) knob until it is focused well for you. 6. Then you can move up to higher powers.
