Project Title – Exchanging Information and Creating Awareness in a Structured Basis between Peak Bodies • Lead Country: Philippines • Objective: To create awareness of key water resource management problems and to exchange information about generic solutions with Non-Governmental Organizations and peak industry bodies and associations with an interest in water management issues throughout ASEAN.

  3. National Water Sector Apex Bodies National Water Resources Council Water Resources Coordinating Commitee National Water Resources Board Natural Water Resources Committee Department of Irrigation and Drainage National Water Resources Council established in 2008

  4. Updates: • The questionnaire on the Status of the Implementation of Water Peak Bodies and IWRM among ASEAN Member States patterned from the UN Water Survey is attached for information and reference. • To date, the Philippines received the filled up questionnaires from Lao PDR, Myanmar and Thailand.
