UM-22A cells were transfected with 100 nM Noxa siRNA (5’-GUAAUUAUUGACACAUUUCTT-3’) or 100 nM nonspecific siRNA (Ambion cat.# AM4635). After 24 hours, transfected cells were either left untreated, or were treated for 24 hours with 0.1% DMSO, etoposide alone (ETO), ABT-737 alone, or ETO plus ABT-737.
