CMDB • Unlimited number of CIs (Configuration Items) of all types: system items, service items, physical items, conceptual items, etc. • For each CI SysAid allows more than 250 customizable fields - to fit your exact needs • Maintain a comprehensive list of relationships between your CIs to help you predict the influence of changes and business impacts • Automatic import of assets, software products and catalog items

  4. Community • A platform to share news and views with IT pros all around the world • Direct interfaces to your local SysAid – share & add translations and knowledge base information • Feature Request Rating Mechanism • IT forums

Reoccurring Events Addition to the Projects & Tasks Module • Create either manual or automatic reoccurring events • Option for daily / weekly / monthly scheduling • Customize the event notification: • Open Service Request • SMS • email • Create a template project with multiple tasks and re-launch the creation of the reoccurring events (e.g. gather multiple tasks for new employee under one project template and instantly re-use them each time you required)

  6. Audit Logs • Improved audit log to help detect and identify audit related information (Login failure, Deleted and purged items, etc.) • Filter and search easily within the report

  7. Tasks Notification • Email notification to the assigned users and managers on tasks that have been assigned to them. • Get notification also when your tasks have changed.
