Hazard and risk identification and assessments ~ QMR update on OFI has given during Internal Audit (GES 2013 event setup in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre) to do the HIRARC for Installation and Dismantling Truss Structure using mobile tech at loading bay

Result of health Protection and Promotion Programs ~ Training provided by QMR QESH Awareness Training for new staffs
Results of audits 2012 ~QMR update on the internal audit 2013 has carried out for Store and Technical Department, Project, Execute Event (Event Setup) Process, Purchasing Proses, HR/Recruitment Process and Safety Department. Three NCR and Two OFI have risen in Internal Audit 2013.

Recommendation for improvement ~ PA to Company Director has suggested creating Employee Satisfaction Survey Form to properly measuring employee satisfaction.
Changes in national laws and regulations, voluntary programs and collective agreement Nil
New or changing circumstance • There is a change to the company's director • Quality Policy and SHE Policy has been revised since there is a change to the company’s director. • Effective as of 1st November 2013, Show Allowance (OT) given as follows:-Setup, Dismantle remain RM50.00Setup, On-Board/Standby, Dismantle increase to RM70.00 • Chairperson update that AwalMuharam, Raya Haji and Wesak Day were taken as public holiday for Show Gear Production Sdn Bhd. Effective on 1st January 2013.
