What and Who is the JDDE? Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) is an integrated system consisting of assets, materiel, personnel, leaders, organizations, tools, training, facilities, and doctrine capable of providing prospective joint force commanders with the ability to rapidly and effectively move and sustain joint forces in support of major combat operations or other joint operations. Initial Capabilities Document DPO, ICW JDDE COI, will assist in identifying and will advocate on behalf of JDDE partners: • IAW CJCSI 1800.01C, Officer Professional Military Education Policy, and CJCSI 1805.01, Enlisted Professional Military Education Policy, develop, coordinate, review and recommend through the Special Areas of Emphasis process, modifications and updates to Joint Learning Areas (JLAs) and Joint Learning Objectives (JLOs) to be consistent with joint distribution operations • Recommend incorporation of joint distribution operations into the five military education levels of the JPME curricula • Develop, coordinate, and recommend joint training to support implementation of management processes, and teach the tactics, techniques and procedures necessary for data capture, data use, and dynamic data capability employment
