For the Digital/Information Age, the key is Information and Communication Technologies… • The difference between peoples, nations and organisations will be their levels of interaction with “0”s and “1”s. That explains the Digital Divide • You don’t have a choice, even Mars is already responding to these two numbers that rule the world
