  22. We always had a good time listening to the tunes of our era and now some of the artists from the 60's are re-releasing their hits with new lyrics to accommodate us.  Good news, for those feeling a little older and missing those great old tunes...

  31. Ahhhhhh the memories! Those of us that grew up during the 50's & 60's can still remember it as though it were only yesterday! Making chains out of gum wrappers...Hula Hoops...Playing Jacks...Mood Rings...PopBeads...Spoolies...Bell-Bottom Pants...Mini-Skirts...Madras Plaid. The memories of rushing home from school just to watch American Bandstand...remember, when dancing at the Armory was "really dancing" - but of course, we also had those crazy dances...the stroll, the twist, the monkey, the mashed potatoe, the pony...and that memorable day when I was in study hall when it came over the announcements that JFK had been shot...Friday night basketball and football games...and then being so excited about turning 18 and heading off to Faulisi’s!
