Addition 14,000 SF Beck E.S. Addition 8,000 SF ____________ Total 22,000 SF Total Projects under Construction, Planning and Bidding: 562,000 SF

  3. V. R. Eaton High School Architect: Corgan Associates Contractor: Pogue Construction Company Const. Start Date: Spring 2013 Completion Date: August 2015 Status: • Pier drilling is complete • Geothermal wells are being drilled • Grade beams are 45% complete • Foundation pours are underway • Rough electrical and plumbing is being installed • Site grading and utility installation is underway • Steel erection will begin in March

  5. Peterson Elementary School Addition Architect: SHW Architects Contractor: Northstar Builders Const. Start Date: Spring 2014 Completion Date: August 2014 Status: • Design Complete • GMP submitted for School Board approval • Construction begin in February

  6. Beck Elementary School Addition Architect: SHW Architects Contractor: Balfour Beatty Construction Const. Start Date: Spring 2014 Completion Date: August 2014 Status: • Design Complete • GMP will be submitted for School Board approval in February • Construction begin in March

  7. SECO Energy Grant • OLC- Wind Turbine and Solar Array Operational • Central Campus- Wind Turbine and Solar Array Operational
