  4. Outdoor Learning Center Architect: Stantec Architects Contractor: Northstar Builders Const. Start Date: February 2015 Completion Date: August 2016 Status: • Piers Completed: • 100% completed excluding the Overlook B • Geo wells 100% completed • Large Pavilion Moisture Conditioning is 75% Complete (12’) • Anticipation wall grade beams are poured • Septic Demo is 80% Complete
