  1. Wrap-Up Phil DeMar Summer 2009 ESCC meeting July 23, 2009

  2. Accomplishments: • DNSsec Guidance document completed • perfSONAR deployment document completed

  3. Surveys Coming… • ESnet Customer Satisfaction Survey: • Site-ESnet interactions: • to be completed by Site Coordinator (just like last year) • ESnet services to Sites (to Site CIO): • Site coordinator may need to “assist” • ESnet Collaborative Services (ECS) validation survey: • sent to Site Coordinator for distribution to proper people

  4. Action Items: • Moving forward with IPv6: • Site feedback on local implications of supporting IPv6 for basic site services (site coordinators): • Effort estimate • Impact evaluation • Justification • White paper distilling results into ESCC recommendation for ESnet site IPv6 support (Andy K., Scott M., Phil D.) • Brief position statement on ARIN notification (?) • Draft generic perfSONAR risk assessment (Joe M., Maxim G., Susan H.)

  5. New ESCC Twiki page • ESnet has created a new ESCC twiki • Password-protected place for ESCC-generated documents • Need to set up user accounts • ESCC documents from this meeting will be posted there • ESnet would like to shut down existing (old..) twiki soon • Expect e-mail directions/guidance to accomplish transition

  6. Focus session suggestions • NAC • perfSONAR deployment techniques • OSCARs use experiences & techniques • <what else>
