“TOP TEN QUESTIONS” • HOW ARE YOU COMPENSATED? The hotel brand’s corporate office and/or hotel management group are responsible for a 10% placement fee based on room night revenue, only. Therefore, we are able to negotiate the lowest rates & conditions based on program requirements. There are no hidden fees. • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COLLECT ALL PROPOSALS FOR REVIEW? Hotels are required to respond within 48hr-72hr • HOW MANY SLEEPING ROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED A GROUP TRAVEL PROGRAM? 10+ Room Nights on at least one night over preferred travel dates, qualifies as group travel. • HOW MANY DESTINATIONS CAN WE SOURCE AT ONE TIME FOR THE SAME PROGRAM? Unlimited. We can source as many destinations as necessary. • CAN WE SOURCE MULTIPLE HOTELS FOR ONE LARGE EVENT? Yes, through our extensive partnership programs with all convention centers & travel tourism offices, RFP’s can be sourced & secured collectively for client review & consideration. • ARE YOU ABLE TO FACILITATE SITE VISITS WITH ALL HOTELS THAT ARE UNDER CONSIDERATION TO HOST OUR PROGRAM? “TOP TEN QUESTIONS” (cont’d) HOW MANY PROGRAMS DOES THE CLIENT NEED TO BOOK, ANNUALLY? There is no limitations on the number of programs that can be sourced at any given time. There are no contracts required. Your organization may terminate our partnership at any time. WHEN ARE WE ABLE TO BEGIN WORKING WITH THE HOTEL TO PLAN OUR EVENT? Once the hotel agreement/addendum has been counter-signed, we will facilitate an introduction between your assigned reservation representative, event planner and/or the Convention Services Manager on property that will be managing your event. CAN YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE IN SECURING OFFSITE VENUES, EVENTS & TRANSPORTATION NEEDS? Yes, we have a portfolio of preferred vendors/suppliers that can offer our clients reduced rates & superior service. SHOULD WE ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE HOTEL, WILL YOU CONTINUE TO OFFER ASSISTANCE, AS NEEDED? Absolutely, if you encounter any problems, we will contact our dedicated preferred brand professional and resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
