Draft Strategic Goals Goal #1: Economic Development through the Arts Grow the creative economy and culture led economic development Goal #2: Expand Partnerships and Civic Responsibility Broaden the City’s leadership in arts and culture, maximize partnerships and foster collaboration between the creative sector and businesses. Goal #3: Increase and Renew Public Spaces Revitalize uptown, animate streets, enliven public spaces and increase the number of arts and cultural facilities.
Draft Strategic Goals Goal #4: Develop Diverse Arts Programs and Festivals Support White Rock’s spirit of celebration by broadening the range of arts experiences, opportunities and festivals. Goal #5: Promotion of Arts and Culture STRENGHTEN PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES AND RAISE Visibility to increase community participation, engagement and awareness of arts and culture.
