Evolution of our Product • Japanese line will need to be designed around a smaller house. • New Circuits must function off of 100 V. • Japanese line must have a look that will match the different interior designs that exist within the Japanese Culture.
Evolution Continued • A catchy name change that will grab the attention of Japanese culture. Preferably “日光”meaning Sunlight. Do to the importance of the sun in their culture.
Marketing • Marketing towards the work ethic of the Japanese people. Focusing on the comforts that the dimmer will provide out side of work. • Market the dimmer as the “latest and greatest”
