SELF PROMOTION - • Driven to promote self, gossip & complaining, putting on a façade, easily offended, manipulation, power , controlling, rage, anger, boastful • SELF PROTECTION • Indifference, apathy, lack of generosity, hoarding, false humility, jealousy • SELF INDULGENCE • Addiction, greed, lust, gluttony • SELF SUFFICIENCY • Judgmental, critical spirit, controlling, prayerlessness, reliance on own works

  17. For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died;15 and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised. 2 Cor. 5:14-15

  18. “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross (daily), and follow me. 35 If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it.
