2. Our cause • Is to help kids try new sports and get them out in the world. If kids are in sports they meet new people and in high school they need to keep good grades so they can play.

3. Problems now • We need like to upgrade the building for our workers • Have short staff and would like to hire more part or full time or get volunteers

4. options • Add on to buildings and office space • Increase staff and volunteers • Go out to the community to get volunteers

5. recommendation • We would like to hire 10 workers full time and 5 part time • We would like to upgrade the office for 5 more people • We would like to expand on the building to get more space for the kids

6. Projections for then next few years • We would like to branch out into the community • We would like to hire more staff • We will hold more events and fundraisers • We hope to see more donators next year • To keep doing this we would like a donation of 100,000

7. Evaluation • If we get 100,000 we would be able to expand the building and office space • We would branch out into the community and have more events • We would also be able to do more for the kids that want to do this
