My name is Mike Battah, President of Tiendas Sindicales De Beneficios Para Empleados de Maquiladoras. Tiendas Sindicales is a Benefits provider in the Mexican Free Trade Zone serving 1. 5 million factory workers operating in 1,500 Maquiladora factories. Most factories are owned by American fortune 500 companies such as Ford and General Motors. These factories also employ 300,000 Managers and Executives. Tiendas Sindicales provides luxury products such as Fragrances, Cosmetics, Skin Care, China, Tableware, Collectables, Luggage and Handbags. We also carry Tobacco, Wines and Spirits, Clothing, Electronics, as well as Sporting Goods and Toys. Mexican Labor Laws require Maquiladoras to offer all employees a benefit in the form of coupons for this type of merchandise. The coupons are referred to as Vales and theyamount to 20 % of salaries, tax deductible. The CONFEDERACION DE TRABAJADORES MEXICANOS, the Mexican Labor Union known as the CTM manages all benefits for the employees at each factory. The CTM has a delegate in each factory to represent the Maquiladoras and manage the benefits between employer and employee. On June 9, 2006 Tiendas Sindicales was awarded a ninety-nine year contract with the CTM to supply the above mentioned products as a benefit. Your Company can market its products to these consumers through our different programs. ^ Tiendas Sindicales sells Vales through the CTM. The Maquiladora employees redeem them at Tiendas Sindicales. ^ Tiendas Sindicales prepares baskets called Despensas with assorted products from each category. The Despensas are sold to the Maquiladora employees through the Delegate Representatives at each factory. ^ Tiendas Sindicales has anEmployee Performance Incentive Plan developed for each Maquiladora. The performance based incentive plan rewards employees for productivity, attendance and tenure. ^ Tiendas Sindicales has a Managers and ExecutivesEmployee Reward Plan as an incentive for the Executives to work in these Mexican Cities. The enclosed presentation will provide you with the background of Maquiladoras, Tiendas Sindicales and an idea on how the program operates. We are interested in exploring the opportunity to work with Your Company. We feel strongly that through our relationship with CTM, Your Company will be able to have a unique opportunity to market its products to these consumers through our program. Please feel free to call me directly at (210) 805-8931 to discuss how your company can begin to participate in this program. Sincerely, Mike Battah President Tiendas Sindicales De Beneficios
