  4. Quality Measures – Compliance Framework Action Plan in place owned by Modern Matron for LD Services and reviewed by LD QPR. 1. Final sign off of amended Operational Policy (including admission and discharge protocol) for Inpatient units which has been delayed as a result of the Draft Model of Care consultations and also a review of discharge protocols following an external compliant.  The Operational Policy and Discharge/Admission pathway information is now with commissioners for their sign off/agreement formally although they were part of the working group that developed it led by my service Manager.  Completion deadline: Feb 28th 2. Extend the use of signs and symbols for appointments/consultation notifications from just Knowsley & St Helens to all Boroughs – Deadline: Feb 28th Action Plan in place owned by Modern Matron for LD Services and reviewed by LD QPR. 1.
