Meet Mrs. Flaherty • Graduated from the University of Scranton in 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education. • Completed Masters of Reading from West Chester University and became a Certified Reading Specialist in 2005. • Continued education through WCU. • Taught kindergarten in North Philadelphia for 2 years. • Have been teaching first grade in Upper Moreland School District for12 years. • Have a 5 year old named Patrick and a 2 year old named Colin. Mrs. Flaherty in first grade!

Primary SchoolTrimesters • Three marking periods • Report cards go home on Dec. 13th, March 14th and the last day of school. • Conferences twice a year- (Nov. 25, 26, 27 and March) • Other conferences will be held at teacher or parent request.
