eSupplier Solutions Responsibilities • Implement electronic trading relationships with our suppliers that make the Order Lifecycle more efficient by reducing cycle times and lowering costs for Sysco and our suppliers • Manage electronic trading relationships between BSCC, iTradeNetwork and our suppliers by monitoring the steady state end-to-end process and effectively responding to issues as they arise • Provide steady state eCommerce support and resolve related issues for Operating Companies, BSCC and Suppliers • Provide expertise related to Sysco’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Specifications

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • Does Sysco own ITN? • No, we are a customer of iTradeNetwork. • Can brokers join ITN? • Yes, there are two different types of broker contracts: • Passive – Viewing access only. (BSCC’s cost not shown) • Active – Ability to manipulate the orders prior to receipt. • Will ITN provide me with a price list of their fees? • No, fees are calculated on an individual supplier basis.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) Can ITN provide a cost for Foodservice, Produce and Retail? Yes. May I contact ITN directly with questions if I am not currently under contract with them? Yes, their number is (925) 660-1111. What value will ITN provide to me? I am currently trading manually just fine. Data Synchronization is the foundation of a successful order process. They offer order management validation, as well as, automating your manual processes thereby reducing the opportunity for human error. 13
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • Do I have to use iTradeNetwork in order to connect with Sysco via EDI or can I establish a direct connection? • All EDI transactions must pass thru iTradeNetwork as they are our one source solution. • Does BSCC offer any additional benefits in trading electronically? • Dedicated eCommerce resources. • 855 Auto Apply functionality allows for Cooperative Billed Suppliers to update quantities, ship dates and arrival dates on delivered orders, within BSCC’s tolerance. • The use of the 832 Price Catalog if you change your pricing frequently; such as on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
