Pine Richland Touchdown Club 2018 Fundraising Activities Registration Baseline Fee - May - to be updated tonight • Varsity & JV is $170 per player • Freshmen is $140 per player • Middle School = $85 per player Ram Cards - May • Discount card for local supporters of the Pine Richland Touchdown Club • Sell each card for $20 • Varsity & JV players asked to sell 10 • Freshmen players asked to sell 8 • Middle School players asked to sell 5

Pine Richland Touchdown Club 2018 Fundraising Activities Parking Sales - August • Sell season reserved parking spots close to the stadium entrance • Cost to be determined 50/50 Small Game of Chance - All home football games • 50/50 tickets to be sold at home games • Price to be determined • We have a valid small game of chance license Concession Stand - All home football games • Sell foods and beverages during home games at food stand • Sell candy, treats, and beverages at tables

Pine Richland Touchdown Club 2018 Fundraising Activities Program/Media Books - All home football games • Commemorative books with pictures of the Pine Richland Administration, coaches, football teams, position squads, cheerleaders, and football events from the year. • Corporations and parents able to purchase ads within the book • Sold last year for $20 • The Ads and selling price are intended to cover the cost of the production of the book. • The Program/Media Books are not intended to be a fundraiser, but we often profit about $500 in the end.

New Business 2018 Registration Fees Update • School District insisted that the following be taken out of the baseline budget • Senior Shoes @ $2000 • Saturday Breakfast @ $2688 • Coach’s Trip @ $3000 • Our adjustments to their demands • Reduced cost of JV & V players by $90 to supplement the lost of Senior shoes • Looking for sponsor to power the team on Saturday mornings • Coach K agreed not to do a Coach’s Trip this year

New Business: Football Shoes Ordering & Locker Room Update • Football Shoe Ordering • All White Under Armour Shoes preferred • See Sale flyer • Everyone is on their own for purchasing shoes • Registration was reduced by $90 to compensate for the traditional $100 shoe credit for Seniors. • We are looking for a sponsor to assist this year’s seniors
