Walmart Supercenter • The first Supercenter opened in 1988, in Washington, Missouri • Include a full-service supermarket, including • meat and poultry, fresh seafood • baked goods, delicatessen • frozen foods, dairy products, • garden produce, garden center, pet shop, • pharmacy, optical center • Tire & Lube Express • one-hour photo processing lab, portrait studio

  6. Walmart Supercenter • By October 2010, there were 2,843 Wal-Mart Supercenters. • The largest Supercenter is located in Crossgates Commons in Albany, New York.

  7. Walmart Supercenter • Since the introduction of the new Walmart logo in 2008, the company has been referring to these stores as "WALMART."

  8. Neighborhood Market • The first Neighborhood Market opened in 1998, in Bentonville, Arkansas. • As of October 2010, there were 181. • They are used to fill the gap between discount store and supercenters.

  12. Sam's Club • Is a chain of warehouse clubs which sell groceries and general merchandise often in large quantities • Are "membership" stores and most customers buy annual memberships. However, non-members can make purchases • Some locations also sell gasoline.

  13. Private label brands • Has private label store brands, as Sam's Choice, a brand of drinks produced by Cott Beverages.

  14. Entertainment In 2010, the company produce Secrets of the Mountain and The Jensen Project, two-hour family movies which featured the characters using Walmart and Procter & Gamble branded products.
