  4. Listening • Listening is affirming and nonjudgmental. • Listening means letting go of ourselves and opening up to the out pouring of experiences through which God speaks to us.

  5. When we listen…we receive… Through the seven sacraments of the church.. • Forgiveness • Healing • Jesus When we develop our skill of listening we can experience life “sacramentally” p.18 Read page 12..Where this course is going

  6. Responding to God • The sacraments are meant to be experiences of being “touched” profoundly by God…. this leads to a positive response in the way people treat God …others….and themselves. IT’S A WIN WIN!
