Check in process note Press releases, Feature articles, News, Speeches, Projects, Events & Meetings, Generic docs AT WORKING SITE • Check in similar – add metadata • At Primary file – select “Free form”, do not attach any file(add body text later) • At Website Object Type – select “Data file” • Save & get new Content ID • At “Content actions”, select “Edit data file” • Add body text. • Save AT VIEWING SITE • Go to dynamic list of the type just checked in • Click at the title just checked in to see the page.

  9. Check in process note Publications, Images, Presentations • AT WORKING SITE • Check in similar – add metadata • At Primary file – select “Browse”, attach a file • At Website Object Type – select “Native document” • Save & get new Content ID

Check in process note Videos, Web pages • AT WORKING SITE • Check in similar – add metadata • At Primary file – select “Metadata only” • At Reference – add URL of “video on YouTube” or “web page”, select qualification as “URL” • At Website Object Type – select “Others” • Save & get new Content ID
