  4. Solutions Randomly assigned groups to the students and give them time to introduce themselves to break the ice. Sending a circular to take feedback. Counseling session before the beginning if the task. Having meeting with principal to highlight the importance of the task. Problems There may be some students who are unwilling to work with some particular group or pair Parents may not support new method. Motivation among students. Availability of resources
