10. Reflect |Revisit |Renew EDUCATOR COORDINATOR AIA Position Description and Agreement (current) Responsibilities • Maintain awareness and understanding of IDP resources and issues. • Provide students with information about IDP, internship opportunities and registration requirements.

Reflect |Revisit |Renew EDUCATOR COORDINATOR AIA Position Description and Agreement (current) Minimum Requirements • Complete “IDP Boot Camp” training once every three years. • Attend the annual Coordinators Conference. • Login to IDP Coordinators Portal at a minimum of once a week to receive updates and news from AIA National. • Correspond with AIA National once every quarter through the IDP Coordinators Portalportal.

Reflect |Revisit |Renew EDUCATOR COORDINATOR AIA Position Description and Agreement (current) Minimum Requirements • Present a plan to AIA National detailing how you intend to inform each student about IDP. • Assist students in completing and submitting IDP applications. • Meet at least once a year with AIAS leadership at your school. • Meet with the State Coordinator twice a year.
