  6. Accurate Reporting • First Arriving Unit Box • Is it checked • Is it the first arriving unit (engine/fire, ALS/medical)

  7. Accurate Reporting • Use a “UU” code for response times over 5 minutes

  8. Accurate Reporting • Uncheck the priority button on Code 1 responses

  9. Accurate Reporting • Correct invalid times using CAD data
