  8. What are the proposed changes? • Safety: use intersection and corridor segment crash rates instead of EPDO rate • Equity: eliminate minimum population requirement • Economic Vitality: weight all non-motorized modes the same for Serves Targeted Development Site criteria

  9. What are the results? • Repeatable methodology with clearly defined data needs and sources • Clear proponent guide and questionnaire to communicate data needs • Transparent and reorganized online and internal TIP databases • Minor change in some project scores
