Achieved all outcomes related to development plan. Email Setting Story template to EYDAT or CCST. Receive confirmation of successes linked with local health prioritoes. Complete Healthy Early Years Development Plan and begin to work towards health and wellbeing priorities and outcomes. WSR will be reviewed by a multi-agency team of Hampshire representatives. Setting receives confirmation of being a setting who is working on local health priorities. • Helpful Hints: • It is recommended that the WSR is submitted biennially (every other year) to maintain the foundations of health and wellbeing. • Settings should select a minimum of one and no more than two health and wellbeing priorities. • A random sample of WSR will be selected for an in depth review by the Hampshire Healthy Schools Team. • Support for settings will be provided through PSED training days, Healthy Schools Network Meetings, SfYC Hampshire website, focussed work at Early Years cluster meetings, and links with Hampshire Children’s Centres. • Healthy Early Years Team representatives for WRS are matthew.perrett@hants.gov.uk and mike.newman@hants.gov.uk
