Important Values & Quantity of Each Deal in each stage of Pipeline is shown by Pipeline Reports The best part of the Pipeline Reports is that it provides visual information on the closing opportunities across a certain period of time. The pipeline provides the sale forecast and it is based on the expected closure date for opportunities. The pipeline report provides various information like the period of time covered by the report, opportunities in each stage of the pipeline, all current, expected and the total projected sales. Each stage of the pipeline provides the data for the total and expected value of all the opportunities available. Total value is the combined value of all the opportunities available in stages. The calculation of expected value is done by taking the total value of each opportunity and the probability to a closer percentage. 1.Configuration of Pipeline Reports The configuration of the Pipeline News Texas can be easily configured with the data filters showing different details. For configuration different steps are followed such as Click to Date menu for the setting of the desired range of data, Click on Sales Pipeline for the selection of viewing the pipeline, next Click on Sales Report drop-down menu for the selection of tagged representatives who have relevance, then Click on the filter by campaigns for the selection of relevant campaign through a drop-down menu. Once the pipeline report is saved, it can be deleted from the pipeline value report screen. 3.Location of Saved Reports After the navigation from the report page, saved report and the parameters associated with it will be reset to default. For locating saved reports, click on Settings, in the life panel click on Manage Reports under Features and then Click on Scheduled Reports and finally saved Reports. Different Filters available on All Reports are Sales, Campaigns, Emails, Traffic Sources, and Web Insights. Finally, Click on the desired save report. 4.Scheduling Pipeline Reports After the configuration of the pipeline report, the report can be scheduled for sending via email. There are various steps for the scheduling of the pipeline report which includes Click on options for saving and scheduling of report. Enter the name of the report in the Report Title Box of text, then click on save. Toggle is set to enable, then report is send to tags or users by entering the name of

  2. users or tagged groups. In the email message text box, enter the message in the email body. In a select report to send the drop-down menu after selection of the desired report which is to be sent with an email. There are two options of sending i.e. Send immediately and schedule for later. Next, optionally click on the delete schedule after completion checkbox after scheduling of the report. Finally, click on done. 5.Exporting Pipeline Reports Once a pipeline report has been configured then it is exported in the form of.PDF file. For exporting pipeline reports, configure and apply on the report filters, next click on option and export to PDF.
