Mission and Operational Purpose • MISSION To serve women through tailored teaching and mentoring skills for each individual’s needs aimed at producing positive and sustainable lifestyles for each woman and her family • OPERATIONAL PURPOSE To build, foster and prepare women to understand and embrace their personal worth and potential so they may provide for themselves and their family

  3. Program Pillars Ephesians Three will incorporate multiple pillars of instruction aimed at creating an encouraging and empowering environment of self reliance. These pillars include: • Job Skills Training. Includes emphasis on computer training, resume writing, ‘dress for success’ and other elements tailored to each individual’s needs • Financial Education. Basic budgeting and accounting skills • Parenting/Family. Cooking, planning, discipline and setting boundaries • Personal Growth. Bible study, education planning, coaching and counseling

Program Criteria We are focused on helping women to gain self-confidence and maintain a positive place in society for themselves, and their families, by giving back to the community and serving God To be considered, women will undergo an interview process that will be used to determine: • Is the woman employable or show desire to be so? • Does she have a desire to work toward achievable goals? • Will she agree to participate in Bible study • Does the woman agree to follow program rules and policies?

  5. Program Vision In order to achieve positive program results, there are foundational tenets of the program that must be implemented. These tenets include: • Create a deep and broad pool of volunteers. Volunteers must be committed to the program and the participants. • Establish a stable mentor partnership. Gain 6-month mentoring commitments with participants. • Implement measurement criteria to gauge success for each participant. • Foster relationships with civic, corporate and church entities for after program support.

  6. Program Startup & Ongoing Needs As with any program initiative, there is a need for start up capital – people, facilities, equipment and finances. To that end, the following will be needed for program rollout: • Meeting place/facility • Finances • Volunteers and mentors • Meals • Curriculum materials and technology • Above all, PRAYER Ephesians Three Ministries will be looking to work cooperatively with local charities, churches and business to solicit donations, work on partnerships and look to leverage existing infrastructures

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever.
