Distance Learning Basics Site Facilitator Responsibilities include: • Notifying grade levels of upcoming events (listserv) • Scheduling event and equipment • Setting up equipment • Testing system • Informing participants on proper etiquette and protocols of videoconferencing • Collecting, processing, and returning sign-in sheets, evaluations to event sponsor
Distance Learning Basics Participant responsibilities include: • Choosing an appropriate event • Scheduling with Site Facilitator • Preparing students (link) • Arriving early • Monitoring students during the event
