  28. SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM • The SLT is responsible for developing the school’s Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP) and ensuring that it is aligned with the school-based budget. SLTs must use a consensus-based decision-making process as their primary means of decision-making. Meetings are public and open to all parents, although only members of the SLT may speak during meetings. Outside questions and comments may be raised by proxy. Meeting notes are posted on the school's website at www.187hudsoncliffs.org. Monthly meetings are on Wednesdays at 7am. Find meeting schedule on web.

  29. SLT (cont.) CEP Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP) All schools need to identify between 3 and 5 annual goals. These goals should be aligned with the current citywide instructional expectations and should be “SMART” - specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. Goal development is meant to be based on our school’s needs and should use quantitative and/or qualitative data in providing the rationale for each goal. This year we have used our School Quality Review report as a source for developing our 2014/15 goals.
