WHO CAN SIGN THE SHIPPER’S DECLARATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS? • The International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods regulations require that the person signing the declaration be properly trained, tested, and certified to ship dangerous goods via aircraft.
