Costing Illustration - Overview • There are 2 licensing models available from iGrafx: • Perpetual licence • The perpetual right to use the product licensed • Product Maintenance and Support Agreements optional • Hosted licence • Access iGrafx environment via a hosted web service • Includes Product Maintenance and Support Agreements • Minimum 1 year commitment • All users must be named users (authoring and viewing users) • In order to provide a cost illustration that directly compares the two models, the illustrations below includes Product Maintenance and Support agreements for the Perpetual licences. • A key differentiator of the two models is the perpetual model allows for ***Unlimited*** web viewers, the hosted licence doesn’t. Viewing users require individual licence.

Summary • Over a 2 year period, the hosted solution represents best value where there are less than 110 web viewing licences. • Beyond year 2 the Perpetual licence becomes more cost effective as the on-going cost is Maintenance and Support agreements. • As an indication only 2 years maintenance can be calculated as c.36% of licence price and 1% per month for product support . • Pricing used in the illustration is current until 31st December 2012. • There will be a pricing change as of 1st of January 2013
