How to Join WebEx Session ?  You will see the below screen after clicking on the link to join the meeting. • This process take few minutes based on your Internet connectivity. • Please note : • If you receive any error and unable to see above screen , then check for internet connectivity of your machine. • Ensure your machine should be updated with latest version of Java application. 4. How to Join WebEx Session ?  You will see the below screen after completing of initiation process 1. Type here your CRM User id  Ensure that You have typed your CRM USER ID in “Your Name” field. 2. Type here your Email address 3. Click on Join Button Contents 4

5. How to Join WebEx Session ? • You will see the below screen after clicking on Join button, this is a default WebEx screen. • Click on Do not show on this computer again. Click on check box “Do not show on this computer again” button. Click on Later button. Contents 5

6. How to Join WebEx Session?  You will see the below screen , after clicking on “Do not show on this computer again”. Dial this number from your phone to join the Audio. Dial this access code from your phone, when asked. Click on “OK” to close the window. 6
