Life is an infinite shade of grays & colors. What about all of the events that turned out positive? Look for the positive & think of the negative as insignificant. Is it logical to read people’s minds? Everyone makes mistakes. See a problem from someone else’s point of view. I would like to…I wish I would… Believe the compliments and they will become real. Every event has many causes… How do we change our thoughts?
How do we keep up our positive attitude? • Find a quote that fits you: “Every day in every way I’m getting better & better” from “The Philosophy of Life” “The grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love and something to hope for.” Joseph Addison -Place it everywhere!
