We care about customer's budget and focus on cost-effective solutions to help you achieve your goals. Our onsite manufacturing plant utilises up to date technology to ensure accuracy and maximum efficiency is achieved, in order to get your frames and/or trusses delivered on time. Precut has a team of 13 comprising of Detailers, Quantity Surveyors and Carpenters with over 100 years experience in the industry.

  2. About us • Precut Construction has been pre fabricating frames and trusses for over 25 years. Initially the business consisted of a team of 5 and solely focused on frames and trusses. The business has grown to include a sizable yard and employing over 14 staff members, supplying a range of products and services throughout every stage of your build. Being a family owned, small business allows us to provide personalised services to our clients/builders. Most of our business is generated by word of mouth and a loyal client base. • Our Motto is not to be biggest, but to be the best. If there is an onsite problem, we arrange to have our staff onsite immediately to rectify any issues.

Foundations • Whether you have a timber subfloor, concrete slab or are upgrading your driveway, Precut can supply high quality materials to get your project started. • OUR RANGE INCLUDES: • Reinforcing steel/custom bent to plan • Polystyrene Insulation • Concrete (supplier agreement with Ready Mix) • Polythene underlay • Timber posts/piles and floor joists • Relevant fixings and hardware • Kopine and Ply Flooring

  4. Internal Lining & Moudings • Gib ordered to your specifications. We have Okoume Ply Internal Lining, an array of timber and MDF skirtings and mouldings, MDF shelving • OUR RANGE OF INTERNAL LINING AND • MOULDINGS INCLUDES: • GIB – ordered to your specification • Okoume Ply Internal Lining • MDF Shelving • Eaves Mould • Scotia • Skirting & Architraves (MDF & Timber) • Scribers
