Expectations: ingestion • Forms, end user uploading, reviewing, permissions and workflows • Use knowledge bases in search/submit • Metadata import • Video-resource configuration • Batch submission of new documents from pre-formatted metadata files • Patron-driven Acquisition • Link of ILL / acquisition with bibliographic records

  3. Expectations: process & curate • Integration with Indico • Schedule batch operations • Set Fulltext search • Create ‘author profiles', use author IDs and authority records • Create custom statistics • Documentation

  4. Expectations: dissemination • Circulation • Problems of 'blind' records • User Interface configurations • User management: better manage users, actions and user roles; combined authentication mechanisms • Automate handling of time restricted file • Real time access to data via APIs

Expectations: general • Learn about installations of Invenio • Get recommendations and concrete implementation solutions • Learn how to extend and optimize • Request new features and enhancements • Future development plans • Contribute back local developments • Discover new parts • Speed up future migration to 1.x
