At certain hot spots, these racks are filled quickly Upwards of 27% of the population ride bikes Over 10,000 students at Penn State?
Lets find a way to increase storage for these bikes 33 in 23 in 32 in 23 in
There would be negatives More than doubling the width of regular bike racks The increased space taken from the rack would decrease pedestrian space
