  4. Three main rules: Be Safe Be Responsible Be Respectful In the classroom we expect: Follow directions the first time they are given. Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself at all times. Raise your hand for permission to speak. Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat. Make smart choices. Keep your dear teacher happy!

  5. Behavior Consequences Verbal Warning. Time out in classroom. Time out in another classroom to complete a Problem Solve Form. Detention in Opportunity Room - Minor referral and parent called Sent to the Office – Major referral and parent called.

  6. Doing Great? • Verbal Praise • Caught-ya award • Classroom treasure box • Classroom DoJo points • www.classdojo.com • Classroom points – • 100 points = a class party

  7. Planner and Homework Read every night and record in the planner. Eventually we will add Math fact and Spelling word practice. Record Reading Minutes & Parent Initial Students will complete this side in class.
