  11. Advocacy • Students are assigned to a teacher in small group setting based on gender and grade level • Students meet each day with the CARES teacher

  12. Advocacy Each advocate teacher will assist students in the following areas: Weekly character education Parental contact Act as a “school parent” to support and motivate Quarterly Academic Achievement Plans Ongoing academic review (progress report and report card review)
