Finding what works for them and to keep looking for ways to keep things exciting (is important) so you don’t revert back to old ways once you reach a certain goal.”And usually, if you look hard enough, there’s never a shortage of ways to change up your routine once it becomes, well, routine.
“We have become a family in and outside of our classes. They make class fun. Having such a great group of people makes it easier to walk into a class you have never been to.
