  2. About Mogappair: Mogappair, once not taken too seriously as a real estate prospect, is now one of the leading developing localities in Chennai. In fact, it is now perhaps among the most sought-after residential destinations in the city, and things only look to get better. Earlier, Mogappair was known as Maga-p-Peru which means “blessed with a child”. After constant mispronunciation, the name ultimately evolved into Mogappair or Mugappair.

  3. LOCATION: Located in the North-West of Chennai, it is a fast-developing suburb. Due to its strategic location it has witnessed an increase in demand for real estate in recent times. This locality comes in the ambit of Ambattur Municipality, and one can get affordable apartments in Mogappair when compared to Anna Nagar.

  4. Transportation: The main modes of transport in this area are buses and share autos. There are two bus termini that operate 280 trips every day, to various parts of the city.
