What We Forsee (Predictions) • As Broadband penetration increases, a third pipe to the home is increasingly viable • Mobility is a sweetener, but the home market is the key • Different wireless networks may work better in different locations in the US. For example, • Unlicensed – rural • Licensed – cities • Mesh / Relay / Base Station • Room for multiple different systems • Proprietary (Not good for the long run) • Standards EarthLink Company Confidential
