  2. 埋藏性陰莖(Buried Penis) • 缺少外皮 • 包皮固定不良 • 脂肪太厚

  3. Penile skin/penile shaft ratio Skin length (S) Shaft length (P) S/P= Skin length / Shaft length x100%

  4. Group A • 嚴重缺少包皮 • 脂肪不厚 • s/p ratio < 30%.

  5. Group B • 中度缺少包皮 • 中度皮下脂肪 • 30%<s/p ratio<70%.

  6. Group C • 包皮不缺 • 脂肪很厚 • s/p ratio >70%.

  7. 137 patients/3 years Group A (n=20) Mean age: 3.4 years Group B (n=60) Mean age: 9.6 years Group C (n=55) Mean age: 9.5 years 10 operated 22 operated Not included

  8. 手術原因 • 有症狀 • 感染 (n=5) • 包皮開口狹窄 (n=6) • 外觀異常 (n=21)

  9. Surgical Procedure Inner prepuce Outer prepuce 1 2 Fixation at Buck’s fascia 4 3 • 不需導尿 • 不需作院
