Area - ​6744 sq. m. • Project of ATC“Kiakhta” provides for the construction of • tourist infrastructure: • 10 objects/ • tourist infrastructure: 6 objects. • Period of construction– 2012-2017 • Area– 15,2ha • Sources of financing: • Federal budget – 485,0 mln rubles; • Regional budget – 132,7 mlnrubles; • Non-budgetary sources – 1173,9 mln rubles. • Outcome of the Project: • - Increase of tourist flow – up to 350 thousand people; • -accommodation capacity– 1020 beds; • -number of jobs to be created -1000. Reserve land for construction of shops and cafes with open parking. JSC "Buryatnefteprodukt“, OC "Rosneft" , fuel station. Area - 500 sq. m. LLC "Absolute“ , retail and entertainment complex. Area -15410 sq. m.. LLC "Stamstroy“, medical and wellness centre. Area -12160 sq. m. Reserve land for construction of shopping and social center. Area - ​13300 sq. m. LLC "Autoinvest-Kyakhta“, vehicle parking. Area - ​​3000 sq. m. LLC "Autoinvest-Kyakhta“, hotel complex with cafe-restaurant . Area - ​​9800 sq. m. LLC "Danak“, temporary storage. Area -32000 sq. m. LLC "Danak“ , logistics center. Area -​​ 12160 sq. m.

  9. Baikalskiy • Project of ATC“Baikalskiy” provides for the construction of • tourist facilities: 14 objects; • Support facilities: 9 objects. • Period of construction– 2012-2017 • Area – 291 ha. Sources of financing: Federal budget - 590 mlnrubles; Regional budget – 161,1 mln rubles; Non-budgetary sources – 1430,4 mlnrubles. Outcome of the Project: Increase of tourist flow – up to 400 thousandpeople per year; Accommodation capacity - 1165 beds; Number of jobs to be created – 1200.

Tunkinskaya Valley • Project ATC“Tunkinskaya Valley” provides for the construction of • tourist facilities: 23 objects; • support facilities: 9 objects. • Period of construction– 2012-2017 • Area– 78,1ha. Sources of financing: Federal budget - 562,0 mlnrubles; Regional budget – 154,2 mln rubles; Non-budgetarysource– 1346,9 mln rubles. Outcome of the Project: Increase of tourism flow - upto 300 thousandper year; Accommodation capacity - 1600 beds; Number of jobs to be created – 1000.
